Ban Tasers, and Justice for Keenan Anderson

The force was excessive, and the LAPD training policy reflects negligence.The federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has already ruled that the use of an taser for a prolonged period of time is excessive force. Please review my research into this and get the word out that Keenan’s death was a result of excessive force.
